Hey Grandma, not okay to answer the door when you're not wearing clothes.

I love the movie In the Land of Women. (That's where that line is from. My grandma is not answering the door when she's not wearing clothes. She's actually not really alive. But wherever she is, she has clothes on.) I came home and the movie was on. A nice little treat. I heart Adam Brody...

So, the question of the day is, how is it I have not burned my apartment down. See exhibits A and B at the right:

I found both of them as I was cleaning up the kitchen in order to cook dinner, at which time I made a huge mess to replace the one I cleaned up.



Speaking of dinner, while I was cooking, I indulged in a favorite snack, one of the things that makes my world go round. Cucumbers. I love cucumbers. They are yummy. They make me happy.

And, finally, yesterday's daily December page. Here is day one. I wasn't sure what yesterday would hold, so I made it a journal page. Which was good, since I didn't get a chance to do much decorating. Today's page is completely blank, so I plan to put some pictures on it for tomorrow. I took the picture before I wrote in it, because, well...the words are mine, not yours...so there.
