We interrupt your regularly scheduled programming...

Life is still tough here where the wild and precious things are.

Work is still hard, and stressful, and time-consuming, and keeps me tossing and turning late into the night. KC and I are both beaten down and frustrated and exhausted. And we keep going back for more, every morning.

Blogging is almost non-existant. I'm sorry for that. It will pick up and be back to normal soon, I promise.

I'm fighting a cold and losing my voice and if I can keep my lungs inside my chest, I'll have won.

But, long division is over, and fractions are much easier.
And we're talking about early American Indian tribes, and my kids are really interested.
The cold weather is here, which means I get to wear my flannel pants and long-sleeved green shirt.

And very soon, I get a week off.
I get to go see The Aunt for a whole day and only have to drive one hour instead of five.
And I will get to sleep. A lot. And then sleep some more.
And I will get to work on my creative projects, which include making a couple of Christmas gifts.
And I get to breathe.

So, it might just be looking up after all.
Just bear with me, please.

The wild rumpus will start again soon...
