One mission at a time, Chuck

I want to tell you about some of my goals for my 101 project.
I want to tell you about the conclusion of the Millionaire Mystery, and what some of my students' theories contained.

But I can't.

Other than this brief little visit, I am grounded from electronics tonight.
No computer.
No television.

I konw you're saying to yourself, "wait, JO. You're the boss of you. Does that mean you grounded yourself?"
Yes, friends. Yes I did.
Why? Allow me to show you:

That is 21 sets of papers that need to be graded.
Twenty-one.
Apparently I didn't grade papers before I left for Christmas break.
Apparently, I haven't graded papers all year.

And now I'm grounded. On the night where I have both The Big Bang Theory and Chuck to look forward to.

I gotta get started!

  1. Best wishes with the paper grading. I generally get students to give me the files as I find it easier to read and quicker to read on the screen and use Word's spell and grammar checker. Also means that it I see some change phrases or line spacing I can do a quick plagarism test. Even if you grade paper papers you there some software that will save you time e.g.

or teacher comment banks that can in inserted onto a marking sheet e.g.

    Best wishs,
