Thing I'm loving this month:
- yearbook turned in = monkey off my back.
- the interwebs being down and not blogging. Sorry. I didn't intentionally take a break, but it's been kind of nice.
- Tutti Fruitti. It's a local yogurt shop that lets you self-serve yourself and have any of the toppings your little heart deisres. Like cherries and peanut butter chips and white chocolate chips and gummi bears and butterscotch chips and caramel bits all in one cup of vanilla yogurt. Did I have it for lunch today? Maybe.
- Watching AVATAR in the mother of all home-media-rooms. They had two levels of leather reclining seats with cupholders (holding Starburst and a Mt. Dew), the softest blanket I've ever snuggled underneath, and the movie projected onto a ginormous screen. I can no longer watch DVD's on my couch. It. ain't. happening.
- hyperbole and a half. It's a website that I'm not linking to because some of the language makes even me blush a bit. But I promise you...it's funny.
Link Love:
New Dress a Day. She makes me think that I can do that. Until I go to the thrift store and remember that I don't live in southern LA or have any worthwhile sewing skills.
"In My Sleep". It's haunting and it's haunting me right now. I think I could listen to it for hours. And I think I could love the singer Austin Hartly-Leonard.
This article cracked.me.up. And alarmed me at how many of these movies I've seen.
I have a few items from this site, that I've found here and there in a boutique and scooped them up. And now, there's a whole website with items. I am in trouble.
I might need this. Or this. And this, this, and this.
And though it would never get used, this.
This is on sale. I might have too much fun with it.
I LOVE Hyperbole and a Half. Her version of the hospital pain chart makes way more sense. I am also going to get Party Boy a shirt with her Responsibility Champion picture on it. Cause he gets "stuff" done.
