YouTube-ular finds as of late

Today, I went in and bought myself a new car.
I was going to write a whole big post about it.
And when I sat down to write it, I realized just how boring it was.
But yeah, I bought a new car today. It's the exact same suv that I was driving, only newer and grey, instead of seven years old and blue. I like it. A lot.

As it is, right now I'm trying not to succumb to the Lifetime Movie Network, as they are showing one of my favorite movies (A Lot Like Love), while watching the Kiera Knightly version of Pride and Prejudice. There's a lot of estrogen running around this apartment. Too bad none of it is cleaning said apartment.

Here are a few YouTube gems that I've discovered as of late. Music is doing me good right now, and that's kind of where my head is at right now.

I'm pretty sure that this is the most covered song in the universe right now, but I l-o-v-e Ingrid Michaelson, and she knocks my socks off with this song.

One of my new favorite groups: The Lumineers. I heard a little something about them, and downloaded a song for my Summer Required Listening, and have since heard them on the local indie station and found them on another couple of websites. This is not the song that I downloaded. You'll be treated to that later. But I am including this in my general music library.

And finally, in memory of the Beastie Boys' Adam Yauch:

BONUS: So freaking funny I had tears in my eyes laughing at it.
