Good? That's nice. Here's how mine went...
* sat on the phone for 59 minutes and 9 seconds talking to Time Warner Cable trying to diagnose my wireless networking issues. The result: none. They don't know what's wrong. I could tell by the tone of his voice (and by the number of times he asked the question "Are you sure?"), that he thought it was operator error. I assure you. It's not. I did leave the conversation with higher blood pressure and a headache.
* Went to the store to buy some of the beginning of the week groceries. Stood in the Express lane holding two very heavy two-liters for a few minutes, constantly shuffling. When it was my time to put my items on the belt, I quickly recounted and found I had didn't have 10 items, I had 12. Being the responsible citizen I am, I got out of the express lane for the regular lane, lest I make anyone behind me mad. It was then that I looked at the sign and noticed that the Express lane was for 15 items or less, and I am simply a non-sign-reading idiot.
The bright side was that about 42 minutes into the phone converstaion with Time Warner, I found an alternate solution to my problem that will work for now. And the grocery store wasn't that bad. I just felt stupid for not reading the sign. And I had a relatively productive morning. So all is not lost.
