First of all, let me just say, once again, without a doubt...
I should NOT be allowed to watch the Hallmark Channel. At all. Especially when I'm not feeling well.
Tonight there was a movie on called "The Magic of Ordinary Days." It has Keri Russell and Skeet Ulrich.
This movie gets.me.every.time.
Sigh.
It's been so good for me lately to be wrapped up in getting the school year started. It causes me to completely lose sight of the romance missing in my life. But on occasion, I let my guard down and find Pride and Prejudice on the E! network or find something similar on the Hallmark Channel.
And I sigh. And pout. And wonder.
And sigh some more.
On another note, I've been feeling under the weather for about a week now. It started off as my body's reaction to the stress I thought was coming, and when it didn't come... well, my body had to shut down in a different way I guess. I've had allergies that have been affecting my throat (of all things) since about Wednesday. I've had the raspy cough that I hate, and my voice has been off. Think smelly cat, the recorded version. (My fellow Friends fans will know exactly what I'm talking about). Today, the runny nose accompanied them.
That and the complete exhaustion.
Which is why it was a bad idea for me to turn on the Hallmark Channel.
Will I ever learn?
(Tomorrow I'll tell you about how teachers get ready for the very first day of a new school year... I promise it's different from the kids!)
Ha! The Smelly Cat episode is one of m favorites!! On another note, sorry your feeling under the weather! Hope you feel better soon! Like, before you're around the little kiddies and get kid germs to add to the mix!
